As my phone had updated to emui 8.0 it was a friggin pain to find the god damn twrp image. There's more to this story. My phone is a P9 lite 2017 (also shows this in About phone), but none of the P9 lite stuff works. I was digging around and found that PRA-LX1s are more likely P8 lite 2017s, but I'm not really sure about the naming convention.

i got an problem with my Huawei p8 lite. I got root installed, my device worked perfect for a long time, but yesterday i came across a problem. a couple of apps stopped working. (they started and closed a couple seconds later.) i turned my phone on and off a couple of times but the problem stayed. I put my phone back to factory settings.

First, go to the Huawei P40 Lite’s setting > apps, then click on the app which is crashing frequently and clear its data. Second, uninstall the app and install it again from the play store. Update the app from the play store. This should probably fix your problem.
Im having same problemvisually everything works (not greyd out), but when scanning, scans for a second and then thats it. Tried wifi direct, doesnt work. Also bluetooth doesnt work (same as wificant find nothing). Tried all those "tricks" what i could find on google, tried all rom builds, rooted-unrootednothing works so far.
