I'm pretty sure both consoles are running at dynamic 4k with the ps5 leaning more towards 1440p and the series X leaning closer to 1800p. Native 4k 60fps to me seems impossible. You atleast need a 2080ti for that. And the series X, imo is pretty much a 2070s/2080/5700xt. Intel Core i5 6500. Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB. 8GB RAM. Issue: Even on all low settings, Origins is maxing out my CPU at 100%. GPU is fine at 45%, but I can't get a stable 60 FPS unless I'm in a desert with nothing around me. This is pretty ridiculous, even for an open world game. It usually drops down to 45 just walking around in Siwa. It is so bad, that I honestly think it should be removed from the PS5 store. The screen flickers so badly that it could really cause an epileptic attack on people that are prone to having them and there are multiple issues with artifacts. Honestly, I can't say much more because it was so bad that I deleted it in ten minutes and booted my ps4.

It all comes down to frame times (not frame rate) and the reason 30 FPS looks good on consoles is because the frame times are so consistent (motion blur masks the rest). If you can normalize your 30 FPS frame times on PC, it'll usually look even smoother than the consoles. In the Nvidia Control Panel:
Experience Assassin's Creed Origins in 60FPS - available on June 2. Unfortunately they ended the FPS boost program. For now at least. Yup, tried to play AC Syndicate after 60 FPS on Ac Unity and boy was it rough. I want Breakpoint controls with everything else from Wildlands.
